Petrol prices are soaring like no body's business! Now thtz no news.. but the thing is, i keep seeing price comparisons all over the place, papers, tv, petrol stations n wut not.. but i'm concern that Malaysian's might be fooled by these comparison.. the prices are ALWAYS compared with NON-OIL PRODUCING countries AND in Malaysian RINGGITS...!!

Ask me why! well...

WE Malaysia are an oil producing country, as we noe well, we produce some of the best lead-less, high quality petrol, but yet, as world petrol prices go up, petrol sold to itz citizens go up too..

Lets do some simple Math, if u produce oil, and oil prices go up, who makes money?? U(the producer) or the buyer?? like DURH!! of coz itz U, tht means u earn more, more profit... and wut we get?? we ourselves pat more for petrol ACcording to the global market? WTF???

i feel weird writing this, but i just couldn't stand the atrocity...

if u earn RM2000 a month in malaysia, and u pay RM2.70 for a litre of petrol whereas a Singaporean earns S$2000 pays S$2.260 per litre, who pays more??? comparing with how much one actually earn? and for heaven's sake, Singapore DOESN'T produce oil!! of coz if tiz were compared in Ringgits, it wud seem like s'poreans are paying more, tht is about RM5.++
